Getting started
Plans are unlocked once your vehicle is up to standard
Maintenance valets keep a clean vehicle looking its best — they are not designed to rescue a heavily soiled one. So before your first plan starts, we make sure your vehicle is at the right starting point in one of two ways.
Option 1 — Book a full valet
Book a full valet or above through our normal booking form. Once that first deeper clean is complete, maintenance plans unlock automatically on your account — nothing else to do.
Book a full valetOption 2 — Photo approval
Already keep your vehicle in great shape? Send us photos and we will approve the plan without the full valet.
- Sign in to your customer portal and open the maintenance plans section.
- Upload clear photos of the interior and exterior (up to 8) in daylight.
- We review them — usually within one working day.
- You get an email with the decision, and approved plans unlock instantly.
