What maintenance plan intervals do you offer?

We offer Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly plans. Weekly plans are billed every week, while fortnightly and monthly plans are billed once per month. Pick the interval that best fits how often your vehicle is used and how quickly it gets dirty.

How is the price calculated for different vehicle sizes?

Each plan is priced by the size of the vehicle it covers: small car, medium car, large car / MPV, or van. When you save a vehicle in your account, we automatically work out the right plan tier for you. Larger vehicles take more time and product, so they cost a little more.

Do I get a discount for more frequent valets?

Yes — weekly plans have the lowest per-visit rate. Fortnightly and monthly plans still save money compared to booking individual valets, but the weekly rate gives the best value.

Is there a minimum contract length?

No. Plans can be cancelled at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can manage or cancel it from your customer portal.

How do plan credits work?

Every time a plan payment is received, a valet credit is added to your account. That credit is then redeemed for a free maintenance valet booking — no extra payment needed on the day.

Can I use a credit on any vehicle?

No — each plan is linked to a specific vehicle you choose when you start the plan. Credits from that plan can only be used on that vehicle. You can start separate plans for your other vehicles if you want them covered too.

How many credits do I get on each payment?

Weekly and monthly plans add one credit each payment. Fortnightly plans add two credits each monthly payment because you are paying for two visits up front.

What happens if I have credits left over?

Credits sit on your account until you use them. They are not refundable, but they roll over until you redeem them for a booking.

Why are maintenance plans locked on my account?

Accepted Answer

Maintenance valets keep a vehicle looking good, but they are not designed to bring a very dirty or neglected vehicle back to standard. To make sure the plan gets the results you expect, we require a full valet or above first, or we can approve your vehicle by photos if it is already well maintained.

How do I unlock a maintenance plan?

The easiest way is to book a full valet or above through our normal booking form. Once that job is complete, the plan is unlocked automatically. If you think your vehicle is already clean enough, you can submit photos for approval instead.

What photos do I need to send for approval?

Accepted Answer

Send at least one clear photo of the interior and one of the exterior. Up to 8 photos are accepted. We need to see the general condition, not a detail shot of every panel, so normal phone photos taken in daylight are fine.

How long does approval take?

We aim to review photos within one working day. You will get an email telling you whether the plan has been approved or declined. If approved, the plan becomes available immediately in your portal.

What happens if my approval is declined?

You will still be able to book a full valet or above through the normal booking system. Once that first deeper clean is complete, the plan is unlocked automatically.

How do I book a maintenance valet once I have credits?

Accepted Answer

Go to the booking form, choose your linked vehicle and select the maintenance valet package. If you have an available credit, it will be redeemed automatically and the booking costs nothing on the day.

Can I still add extras to a maintenance valet?

Accepted Answer

Yes, any extras you add during a maintenance booking are paid for separately at the time of booking, just like a normal valet.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Use the 'Manage or cancel plans' button in your customer portal. You can cancel at any time and the plan will remain active until the end of the current paid period. You can also start a new plan for a different vehicle from the same area.
